Oman-based PET producer Octal Petrochemical has received two certificates of appreciation for quality performance and productivity improvement from Rialto Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., the exclusive contract manufacturer of Oral-B toothbrushes in India.

Rialto upgraded all thermoforming machines, tools and material handling equipment at all its vendor facilities in India, boosting efficiency, based on Octal’s expertise and recommendations. Some of the lines gained productivity improvements of 50 percent. Rialto also reduced packaging waste by reducing changeover time and frequency, running a stable process and consistent quality about feedstock quality that minimizing the need for frequent quality checks.
